  • Some know me as an artist and writer/philosopher. Some know me as a fourth generation hoodoo practitioner and as a Buddhist with a particular interest in Zen having received my Dharma name through Thích Nhất Hạnh’s order at Deer Park Monastery in 2007. However we know each other, it is a pleasure to meet again in a spirit of friendship and fierce love for this planet we call home.

    I have a Masters in Religion in Buddhism and Interreligious Engagement from Union Theological Seminary (2026), a Bachelors in Fine Arts from the California College of the Arts (2015) and an Associates in Sign Language Interpreting from Portland Community College (2005). My experiences as an educator, domestic violence counselor, sex worker, and trauma-informed yoga instructor afford me 20 years of experience holding people during moments of change in diverse environments.
